My topic is about food around the world. I’m a food lover(Foodie). I personally felt that food is one of the interesting and favourite topics for my blog. 
In this topic, I’m writing a blog about the Cuisines from all seven continents around the world as they followed by  North American, European, Australian, Asian, African, Russian, South America and Traditional Indian Cuisine. Above all India alone has got more than 36 varieties of staple food in 36 respective states.

In this world, each living organism is being healthy, alive and as fit as fiddle(In very good health), because of the most immense food which is available in this globe. In this modern era, with the help of outstanding improvements and advances in technology is well developed throughout the last century in food storage, preservation as well. And also many countries have their entry to their traditional popular and many other multi cuisines. 

Interestingly, food plays a pivotal role in every human, animals, fish, etc., All Living organisms are depending on food every day to feed the hunger and stay healthy as well as stay strong. It’s quite the same for all living organisms on the planet.

Social media is one of the best ways to reach a large number of viewers. It opens the door for many people bloggers and student scholarly articles to discover additional leads that their products(blogs) can reach. Social media advantage helps businesses in numerous ways. Once viewers are captivated, it helps to deliver more worthy content as they are anticipating, which leads to more engagement on the page with the business.

Russian Cuisine.

In this blog writing about Russia’s multi cuisine and its richness as well as traditional food. Russian cuisine derives from Russia’s vast and multi-ethnic expanse its varied character.In an often harsh climate, with a mixture of plentiful fish, pork, poultry, caviar, mushrooms, berries, and honey, the peasant food of the rural population often laid foundations. Pelmeni is Russia’s national dish above all.

Pelmeni is a Russian food . They are pastry dumplings and are usually filled with hazelnut meat and wrapped in a thin, pasta-like dough. They can be eaten alone, buttered and filled with sour cream, or in a soup broth. It’s one of Russia and Europe’s favorite dishes.

The secret of their deliciousness is that before they are filled in the dumplings, the filling is not fried. This is called Crusty bread filled with flavors of melted cheese, which is shaped like a vessel. Freshly baked bread is even more delicious with 4to 5 types of cheese on top. Some people like to put an egg on top which takes all the way to the point of deliciousness.

Russian cuisine is one of the world’s most diverse and interesting. It has evolved over hundreds of years, integrating Christianity and the changes it has brought, as well as pagan food and culinary practices.

Because of the cold weather in some places which lasted up to nine months, Russians prepared their winter food in advance during the summer, making preserves, pickles, jams and salt

Tamil (Indian) Traditional Food.

Idli (south Indian Food):

Idli is one of the best and traditional food in India. Which is served in the morning for breakfast and dinner as well. Usually, Idli is made out of Rice and black Lentils. Along with Idli, Sambar and chutney will be there.

In order to cook Idli they have to grind the rice and black lentil along with required amount of water. Once, it done they have to boil the paste for twenty to thirty minutes in cooker to prepare a idly.

Idli is quite famous across India and its originated from South India. In many food and research Industry Idli has been approved as one of the healthiest food.

The various types of vadas are made from different ingredients, ranging from legumes (such as medu vada of South India).Vada looks like a doughnut, and which is their traditional and very famous breakfast in IndiaSouth India). It is made of fried ground lentils and is usually served accompanied with sambar and coconut chutney. 

Dahi Vada

Dahi vada is a South Indian culinary. It is basically a serving style of Medu Vada which is if served dipped in curd, then it is called ‘Dahi Vada. Peppered with Coriander and chilly powder , Which is one of the great moving food items in the hotel across the South India.
Samosa :

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp robust Della Terra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup water
    Combine dry ingredients for the dough in a large bowl or bowl of a food processor. Add water and olive oil and mix or pulse until a rough dough begins to form. Add more water as necessary. Squeeze the dough on a lightly floured surface until it becomes smooth and pliant. Allow dough to rest, covered, for about 30 minutes while the filling is prepared.
    Once it is done we need to Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large heavy skillet. Add chile, ginger, onions and garlic. Add spices and cook for another minute or so until fragrant. Add potatoes and gently crush them with the back of a spoon to a desired lumpy consistency. Add peas and lime juice, cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes and juice
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 10 Tbsp (1-1/4 sticks) butter
  • 4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp ground roasted cumin seeds (roast on the stovetop in a small pan).
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed minced cilantro.
    This butter chicken is one of the famous food in India. And India has lot of street food shops in India. In, which butter chicken is very cheap and also gives of profit for them as well.

  • Basically is a Indian version of the Kichdi. For many south Indians is one of the comfort food as it is quick to prepare and is light on the stomach. It can be prepared quickly for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pongal is protein packed, tasted delicious with a good aroma of ghee and seasoned ingredients. It takes less than 30 minutes to make along with a chutney. It tastes best when hot or warm.

is one of the best Indian traditional food. Especially, is not only healthy& also tastes delicious. Indian ancient people recommending that contains all a complete nutrition to our body as it is protein packed and nutrient dense.

It is eaten with rice or separately as a spicy soup. In a traditional meal, it can be part of a course that include Sambar rice and curd rice. Rasam has a distinct taste in comparison to the sambar due to its own seasoning ingredients and is usually fluid in consistency.
Dosai.

South Indian dosa.

Masala dosa,  the south Indian food that’s most enjoyed by travelers. It’s a thin crispy pancake filled with spicy potato and onion. Cheap and tasty! Which is made out of rice, with the help of Rice and lentil flour.
Uttapam

The toppings are usually tomato, onions, chilies. However, all kinds of vegetables can be added, including bell peppers and cilantro. Chutney is served on the side. Uttapam is made from the same batter as dosa (and idli) but it’s cooked much thicker.

It’s one of the famous food in because of the descent people. Which is made up of Fried rice dish with customary eggs along with vegetables such as water spinach long beans and onions. Chicken shallot is one of the best in it and also gives crunchyjuicy chunks as well. Whoever is willing to visit Malaysia should give a try . However, if you are not keen on spicy food, request that the chef omit this ingredient when preparing your fried rice.

AFRICAN FOOD.

Traditionally, the different varieties of food and those are made with various combinations of regional fruits, cereal grains and vegetables, and milk along with meat products as well. Milk produced from boiling coconut flesh is made into drinks or used in soups and sauces.

Africa’s climate welcomes a tremendous variety of fruits and vegetables, both wild and cultivated, and they comprise a large portion of the African diet because they grow all year. Meats like game (bush meat), poultry, pork, beef and fish are all common in African cooking. In rural areas where meat is harder to come by, it is eaten only rarely or on special occasions

ALLOCO

Alloco is one of the best ivorian food which is a famous snacks often served with chilli pepper, onions, tomato sauce and egg as well. Alloco is one of the best meal for any occasion at any time of the day. Allocodromo is widely known for grilled meat and served as a fast-food readily avaialable in Africa.

BILTONG.

Biltong is a south african food and it’s quite famous in that region. It’s made out of beef which is sliced, spiced with selected biltong spice and bathed in vinegar . Overall , it has to be dried in low heat and slow dry in dry air space for long time.

Many south african tourist people have been enjoying this food.

BOBOTIE.

Bobotie consists of Spiced minced meat baked with an egg-based topping and served with sambal. Again bobotie is one of the national food in south africa and which is a delicious mixture of curried meat and fruit with a creamy golden topping that is similar to moussaka.

Brik is one of the famous food in and It’s made out of thin pastry around a filling, and also deeply fried. Egg brik is the best variety this dish which looks like a triangular pastry pocket with chopped onion, harissa tuna and parsely.

In morocco briouat is one of the famous and which is stuffed with a varitey of fillings and then fried. The Main recipe features ground meat, enclosed with crisp, paper-thin moroccan pastry warqa.

Cholent is a traditonal food in africa and it will take more than 12 hours to cook in a simmered fire and eaten for lunch.

Mozambique’s food is one of the famous food in africa , portugal, and Arab as well. It has lot of fragrant spices, hot piri piri and creamy coconut sauces along with lots of peanuts and cashews.

Mozambique is quite famous for seafood and also many tourist are being captivated by these african foods. However many tourist would love to eat succulent feast of chicken cooked with lime, pepper, garlic,coconut milk and piri piri sauce.

It’s generally known simply as grilled chicken piri piri by tourists, and is traditionally served with matapa, a dish of cassava leaves cooked in a peanut sauce.

Australian cuisine refers to the Food  and cooking practices of Australia  and inhabitants. As a modern nation of large-scale immigration, Australia has a unique blend of culinary contributions and adaptations from various cultures around the world, including Indigenous Australians, Asians, Europeans and Pacific Islanders.

  1. Kangaroo Steak sandwich with caramelised onions.
    For the caramelised onions, heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over a low heat. Add onions, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until soft. Increase heat to medium-high, add ale and reduce by half. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved, cook for 3 minutes or until mixture becomes syrupy. Remove from heat, add thyme leaves, salt and pepper, stirring to combine. Set aside until required.
